Let me share with you a vegetarian all-you-can-eat buffet restaurant - Cainiao Shushi, which is a restaurant owned by Suiniao Local. There are not many places in the restaurant, and the seats are closely spaced. It is located upstairs in Building 101, and you can only go upstairs if you have a reservation.
Here are some of the dishes we tried:
One bowl of tomato borscht per person, with obvious vanilla flavor and no tomato chunks

-Wild Mushroom White Sauce Stewed Rice-The texture of the rice is soft and not grainy. The flavor of wild mushrooms is very strong, and the white sauce is also strong with a hint of cheese.

-Green and White Cauliflower-Their seasoning of cauliflower is very delicious. It seems that it is fried in oil and then added with slightly spicy spices. It retains the crispiness of the cauliflower but at the same time masks the more pungent taste of the cauliflower itself!

  • Braised dried beans - The dried beans have a solid and hard texture, and are very tasty and slightly sweet with a Chinese herbal aroma.

  • Fried asparagus - The asparagus is fried brightly and has a delicate texture.

  • Nachos with large salsa - Nachos are just ordinary corn chips, and the salsa has tomato particles and is slightly spicy.

  • Lettuce salad area - There are many lettuce options, special ones include sesame leaves, crispy jicama, etc. There are also North African millet, pickled king oyster mushrooms (sour flavoring), pickled white radish (sour flavoring), and oil-pickled eggplants (the taste is hard and a little salty, making it difficult to eat directly)

Ingredients also include common dried fruits, mixed nuts, mixed black beans, etc.

Cold cuts include common burdock shreds, edamame, pickled carrots/purple potatoes/sweet potatoes/cherry tomatoes, and honey black beans.

  • Pickled cabbage - the thin slices taste very crispy, a bit like the taste of Taiwanese spicy oil
    -Lotus root - has a more Japanese salty taste, which is quite special.
    Sichuan blanched cauliflower, corn shoots, sweet beans, and green beans.
    -Cold kelp sprouts-slightly sour taste is not too strong and refreshing, with a slight mucus feel

  • Tomato cheese cold dish - They use small tomatoes and buffalo cheese, add olive oil and herbs and mix them together, which has a stronger flavor.
    -White cauliflower rice-the cauliflower inside is quite distinct and does not have a soggy texture. It is not bad with the rich turmeric seasoning.

  • Shell noodles mixed with sesame sauce and nuts - Although the label says shell noodles, I used pen tube noodles that day. Personally, I think the taste of pen tube noodles is not that good. It tastes a little pink and not chewy. The overall sauce is also the same. It is made drier and has less aroma, and is served with red kidney beans and almond slices on the side.
