It was amazingly fresh and sweet! The soup has been greatly upgraded! !
When I eat small hot pot, I always put in all the vegetables and cook them first. I only choose the hot pot ingredients I like, leaving out the taro. While simmering the meat, eat the hot pot ingredients. After the meat is finished, the cabbage is cooked soft and fragrant. It is delicious simply mixed with chili and soy sauce.

There is a booth for one person if you go alone, and it is very cozy if you go two people. Unfortunately, the seats for four people are a bit wide on the opposite side, so you have to speak loudly. The old lady comes by herself, and the clerk can accurately say: Prince noodles with two eggs. The daughter at the next table disliked the fact that taro shouldn't be added to her mother's hot pot, so they both refused to eat the accompanying plates and rewarded themselves by ordering a lot of meat and hot pot ingredients. Friends sitting at a table of four nearby were making a lot of noise while having dinner together... Although there are many chain hot pot restaurants and they can freely serve dishes, small alley shops are still irreplaceable places!
