Ding Wei Xin is located on Heping Road.
Although the prices are slightly higher compared to regular hot pot restaurants and there is an additional 10% service charge, the quality of the ingredients is really better— the meat and fish quality are both excellent.
The sea bream hot pot is $400, and the portion of fish slices is generous— it’s the best I’ve had so far, and the Wagyu beef is also great.
The quality of the vegetables is also well-controlled. The Hokkaido ice cream in every flavor is delicious, and the brewed coffee is pretty good too.
There is a dining limit of one and a half hours.
Ordering is done via QR code, and there aren't many seats, so it’s recommended to make a reservation. The owner's attitude is very nice.
The key point— the environment is extremely clean; you can tell how well the staff cleans the tables, and the restroom cleanliness speaks for itself.
Overall, it is highly recommended and worth visiting again….
