Since we didn’t get the ramen on the first day, we decided to check in on time at 11am this morning (although we still delayed it a bit 😛). We arrived around 11:30 and were already in line. Fortunately, the line was not long. We were in the second group.
After waiting for a while, we ordered our food and were seated. This is Hakata tonkotsu, the classic style really looks like Ichiran! I ordered the tonkotsu in clear soup. You can see the photo. The soup is very clear but the taste is very mellow. I recommend that anyone who comes here to eat must try it!
I will give it four stars mainly because of the question mark attached to the vegetables. I like the large amount of vegetables, but the sauce is a bit black pepper and has the taste of teppanyaki vegetables. I don’t really love it… What a pity! Otherwise, the noodles themselves are perfect!
