First time dining at the Xinzhuang headquarters.
The environment is a bit smaller than the Taipei location,
but the flavors are still just as delicious 😋.
The pot base scores are divided into small, medium, and large,
so you can choose according to the number of people!
We ordered a small pot for three.
The pot base includes duck blood and tofu,
and you can choose between spicy or dual flavors.
This time we chose dual flavors.
The mildly spicy dual pot is suitable for those who can't handle spicy food.
Next time, I think we can try ordering a small spicy.
The clear broth also includes meatballs, cabbage, and crispy pork rib.
All the ingredients are very fresh!
They also provided popsicles that look like candy after the meal!
Next time, I will definitely revisit this hot pot restaurant.
