Hello everyone, I'm Hua Guibin with century egg!
Since FOODAY came along, I have some extra dining budget every day!
Today, I came to Keelung again, wandering around looking for food. I passed by this restaurant called "Jiang Feng Guan," and the signatures on the wall piqued my interest in this place, so I boldly walked in!
Since it was my first time eating here and to avoid any disappointments, I chose to try the "Xiao Long Bao" (soup dumplings). While waiting, I saw the owner hand-making dumplings next door, and I thought to myself, "This is the real deal!"
Although the waiting time was a bit long and tedious, all was forgotten in the moment they were served!
This place's Xiao Long Bao comes in a basket of 10. Although they're not too big, the skin is very thin, the filling is generous, and there’s plenty of soup inside. Having them with the dipping sauce was just perfect!
The owner and his wife also take the time to chat with customers after they finish their meals, which is really warm and friendly!
In the end, if I pass by again, I will definitely visit to try other items!
