The restaurant features a vintage and warm atmosphere, complemented by antique artworks and soft lighting 😁. The chef team has over twenty years of experience in Jiangsu and Zhejiang cuisine, presenting the authentic flavors of Jiangsu and Zhejiang dishes while creatively integrating traditional culture with local characteristics to create various innovative dishes 👍
There’s a 15-minute ordering limit in the restaurant, but no limit on quantity, and most dishes are served individually, allowing those who can't eat a lot but want to try many items to taste a variety of dishes 🥳
Dining Experience:
The dishes were served quite quickly, and we were very satisfied with the meals. I especially loved the juicy beef short ribs, which were very tender, and the combination with garlic and scallions was delicious 👍. The lion's head meatballs were served in a clear broth, feeling lighter, and were very enjoyable to bite into 😋. The stir-fried dishes all had great wok flavor and are highly recommended, while the Hong Kong-style dim sum was also impressive. The turnip cake was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, flavorful with plenty of radish, and had a higher moisture content that made it easy to eat 👍. The steamed fish with sliced bass was refreshing and light 😆.
However, some dishes didn’t quite suit my taste, such as the pickled fish which had a stronger fishy flavor 😅. It would be better to switch to a different type of fish 😁. The phoenix claws and black bean pork ribs were on the sweeter side; it would be perfect if they were a bit saltier 😍.
