In Seattle, there's a very famous lobster roll restaurant. Many people make a special trip just to eat the lobster rolls! Some people prefer them steamed, while others like them with mayonnaise. The flavors are quite different, so those interested can also try other flavors!

Today I ordered:
❤️ hot Connecticut lobster roll
The lobster in this dish is steamed! You can taste the natural sweetness of the lobster and enjoy its tender, bouncy texture. It's perhaps the best way to experience the freshness of the ingredients, and the bread is also very tasty! The combination together really feels worth the trip!

❤️ market smash burger
This burger has a stronger salty flavor, but my family loves it! The meat in the middle is very solid, and paired with their sauce, the whole burger isn't too dry—in fact, you can really savor the deliciousness of the meat! Overall, this is also highly recommended!

Although I only ordered two dishes, both turned out to be quite good! I'm looking forward to more people trying out other items and seeing if there are more recommendations! If you're visiting Seattle, you should definitely give it a try!

Salt and Stone
Italian台北市
Salt and stone is really amazing and worth the relatively higher prices. It really reminds me of good American restaurants, not adjusting the palette at all to Taiwan (which is often what I am looking for). So flavor wise that means less sweet, more salt, and this was noticeable as I was raving about how amazing the chicken was my friend was talking about how salty it was and needing a coke. After lunch we got a few things from the bakery to enjoy at home, which were all very tasty. Tomato cheese baguette. Yum. Would come here again if I'm in the area, which is not often.

Joanie's Blue Crab Cafe
AmericaOchopee
Located at the side of the Tamiami Trail, not far from taking the road to Everglades City Joanie's Blue Crab Cafe offers a perfect stop after visiting Everglades City and a tour in the Everglades. Just as we did on our way heading to Homestead/Florida City.We just had the Key Lime pie and it was fantastic. A perfect citrus sourness and coming directly from the fridge made it a great refreshment from the heat. The location itself is quite cozy and people were super friendly. They collect Police batch patches from all over the world. So if you want to make them happy you can bring one for their collection.

Kaya Island Eats
AmericaKey West
Kaya Island Eats serves a pacific and caribbean inspired cuisine at an outdoor venue. We had Killer fish Tacos, lightly blackened served with a fresh mango, pineapple salsa and delicious key lime cilantro sauce, very nice and light combination and the Island BBQ Pork Sandwich coming with a nice fruity sauce. If you want it a bit more exotic make sure to try their signature dish, the Ahi Poke nachos, served with wasabi aioli, tobiko caviar, and seaweed salad atop sesame. The menu offers something for every taste and makes you want to try everything. Staff was super friendly and we would def. come back.
