There is also a Starbucks on the 1F, but it's often crowded with regulars.

This one is located in B2 of the Nangang City Link, right next to the high-speed rail lobby. It's a good spot to sit and wait for someone or to grab takeout for the train.

Perhaps because there are many people rushing for the high-speed rail, it feels like the staff here are quicker in their movements.

This store is not big, and the seating is very close together. Additionally, the loud music from the speakers on both sides makes it easy to be distracted while chatting.
