Cantonese restaurant near Dapinglin MRT Station

It is located on the first floor of the building. It looks like a guest house from the outside, but it is actually a restaurant. The interior decoration is not like that of ordinary Cantonese restaurants. It is relatively novel, but it has traditional round tables and private rooms, and there are also rooms for four people that are generally suitable for families. Seat, a fusion of old and new.

The choice of vegetables depends on the current seasonal vegetables. We chose soft-tasting amaranth for our children. We have two portions, one large and one small. The seasoning can also be adjusted to be lighter.

The rice grains are distinct, and the ingredients include corn kernels, green beans and diced vegetarian meat. It tastes pretty good, but the disadvantage is that it tastes oily (the kind that can be seen on the surface of the rice grains)

🥢 Baihua Nonggua House (3 pieces per serving)
In fact, it is a big cucumber with fish and shrimp paste. You can see the shrimp meat. The taste is so refreshing that it is a bit ordinary. It is only ordered by children. If it is only eaten by adults, they will choose other Hong Kong dishes.

🥢 Shredded chicken spring rolls (3 pieces per portion, cut into 6 pieces)
I originally thought they were fried spring rolls with shredded chicken, but when I ate them, I discovered that they were filled with minced chicken. The seasoning was very flavorful. It was delicious when paired with the crispy spring roll wrapper, but it was different from what I expected.

The drinks are just mediocre. I ordered them because they were too hot. If you don’t want to order a single drink, you can choose to pay for hot tea.

The outer skin is crispy, but unfortunately I was looking forward to a refreshing taste like Yangxin Tea House, and I’m not that fond of the heavy pepper flavor like Qianlongfang

🥢Bean Paste and Sesame Balls
The bean paste inside is quite sweet, and it is paired with the perfectly fried Q pancake crust. It is delicious. The store owner also carefully cuts off part of it to dissipate the heat.

Overall, even though the store has been asked to use less salt, Qianlongfang's seasoning is still a bit heavy on the flavor. Families need to choose carefully when ordering. The environment is comfortable, the service staff are friendly and friendly, and they have shared dishes and private rooms. They are very suitable for birthday celebrations and family dinners. These are their advantages.
