Share a convenience store located in the market - Mars Kitchen original cuisine. It is located inside the Anton Market in Taipei. Although the stall is small, there are still endless crowds of people. Lunch boxes are provided on weekdays, while on holidays, full boxes of vegetables are provided.
There are three kinds of main dishes every day, the main dish is 200 for a large box and 100 for a small box; the side dishes are 100 for a large box and 50 for a small box.

• Vegetable scrambled eggs - not greasy, soft and fluffy eggs
  -Bitter melon with black bean sauce and bitter gourd are not too bitter and the seasoning is moderate

• Fried amaranth - I personally think this dish is a little greasy.

• Fried loofah - The loofah is soft and average.

• Lemon Beef - The beef slices are mainly lean meat but not woody. The lemon is so sour and you can even eat lemon slices. The overall refreshing taste is suitable for summer!
  -Coconut Taro Milk Chicken-The chicken is made from skin-on chicken thighs, and the small box contains a lot of meat. The meat is tender and has no bones. The aroma of coconut milk has a distinct taro flavor, and there are also some small taro pieces. Overall, it is quite filling!
  -Saba Pork Fillet-The pork fillet itself is very thick and large, and the whole meat is mainly lean meat, which requires more chewing. The seasoning is a little thickened and paired with some onions. It has a curry-like flavor but not too much spice, which is quite satisfactory.
