I think the soup is tomato soup rather than braised soup
The beef aroma is very strong, and the tomato soup base is added with egg drops, which adds extra points to the taste.
The beef slices are mainly lean meat and quite tender.
But I prefer the beef brisket in the braised soup. It tastes more meaty.
The overall CP value is very high, 130 Buddha for a bowl!
