This place is Hanburgu Hai (Zhonghe Global Store), a specialty shop for burger patties that comes from Tokyo. I was lucky this time as there was no line. First, I placed my order and made the payment at the ordering machine. The staff then escorted us to our seats and introduced the dining environment and three types of sauces. Each person can take one free egg to enjoy with the burger patty or mixed rice.

This time we ordered:
• Japanese beef burger patty set ¥450
• Beef tongue burger patty set ¥660
Total ¥1,010

There were three pieces of burger patty in total, served in segments. A new piece is presented only after finishing the previous one, ensuring that each piece is enjoyed hot. The white rice can be refilled indefinitely, and they provided Japanese seven-star rice this time. The grains were plump with a natural sweetness, making it perfect to pair with the juicy burger patties.

The Japanese beef burger patty had a solid texture and rich meat juices, with a hint of grilled aroma. It was flavorful enough to eat on its own, but the sauces added different layers to the taste. The beef tongue burger patty had a chewier texture, differing from the tenderness of regular burger patties, with the unique elasticity of beef tongue that provided a special mouthfeel.

Overall, the dining experience this time was quite good. The segmented serving method allowed us to enjoy a freshly fried burger patty with every bite, and the combination of rice and egg added to the overall satisfaction. The environment was comfortable, and the service was friendly.
