🎉 Popular Restaurant in the Cultural District 🎉
🎉 Three Generations of Noodle Craftsmanship 🎉
This popular noodle restaurant has the backing of food trendsetters and is praised by many food bloggers. 🤔 Try to visit during off-peak hours! ☺️
Pork Rib Fried Rice:
The fried rice is light and not greasy, with distinct grains, although it could have a bit more wok hei. The pork ribs are fragrant with garlic and are not too tough, which is quite nice. 👍
Steamed Dumplings:
Upon arrival at the table, they seemed a bit small; after one bite, I found the meat filling was ground too finely, resulting in a lack of meat texture, which I personally didn't like very much. 😅
Hot and Sour Soup:
Standard fare, a bowl for 40 is quite a good value. The ingredients are decent, and if you like stronger flavors, you can adjust it at the seasoning station. ☺️
Crispy Flatbread:
Today's MVP! 😆 It's crispy and dry with a fantastic flavor. It’s delicious on its own, highly recommended! 👍 Plus, the homemade chili in the store is really flavorful! ‼️
Beef Pie:
The flavor is good, and the filling is juicy. Dipping it in vinegar can help cut the richness, but it has the same issue— the ground meat is too fine, making it a bit mushy. 😂
To sum it up:
Although it was crowded, taste is subjective and varies from person to person. This restaurant is highly recommended by many, but some items didn’t quite suit my taste. 😂 Still, some dishes were quite good! ☺️
