The staff are pretty quick and attentive; they will repeatedly ask if you want it spicy. One person is responsible for grilling, while another handles the sauces and the checkout (?). It’s a clear division of labor 🤣

Located at a corner of the Qinggou Night Market, I remember there's a ring toss game across the street 🤔

It might get a bit hot in the summer, plus it’s crowded, and since it’s a night market… obviously, there’s no air conditioning. For those who are sensitive to heat, it might be worth considering before heading over 🤣
