Every time I go to Qinggou Night Market, I have to buy this! The skin is crispy and the inside is soft. Their salad is super delicious and different from other places. The owner said they make it themselves, and it really tastes different! I especially love to add spicy powder (it's not on the menu, you have to ask for it). The spicy powder is very similar to the seven-spice powder used in ramen shops, it's very fragrant, not like the regular spicy powder outside. The plum powder is also special, it tastes salty and sweet.

My personal ranking is: spicy powder, honey mustard, garlic, mustard, seaweed, plum powder, and cheese. 😋😋

Their tako yaki comes in a box of six pieces, and a box costs 60 NT dollars, averaging 10 NT dollars per piece.

They usually prepare the tako yaki in advance and set it aside, but when you receive the tako yaki, it won't be cold; it still has some warmth to it.

I ordered the wasabi flavor, which isn't too spicy or overwhelming. If you're looking to try something new, I recommend it; the wasabi flavor is quite classic, highly recommended (´⊙ω⊙`)b

It's located at a corner of the Qing Gou Night Market. Personally, I recommend walking rather than driving or riding; it’s quite easy to find their stall by walking over. Usually, there aren’t too many people, so you won't have to wait in long lines.

The counter is quite tidy and doesn’t look dirty or messy.
