【Foodholic Noko@Florence, Italy】
In addition to T-bone steak, tripe buns are also one of the must-eat foods when visiting Florence. This restaurant, "Da Nerbone", is located on the first floor of the Central Market near the Cathedral of Flowers. When doing research beforehand, I saw Taiwan As long as travel bloggers introduce Florence’s tripe buns, 4 out of 5 of them will introduce this restaurant.
You can find this store by walking along the corner of the market. We arrived at the Central Market at 8:30 on Monday morning. When we finally found it, we found that the lights seemed to be dark, and there were several groups of customers outside looking around. I thought for a moment that he might not have opened it. Fortunately, the boss was still preparing. I just went to the ordering counter and ordered with them.
Only cash is accepted here. After ordering, the clerk will not give you any receipt. Just go directly to the pick-up area and the boss will directly ask you what you just ordered. Just tell him.
p.s. The boss understands the three words "beef tripe bun", so it's okay to speak Chinese directly😂
Tripe Bun €5
The boss asked if he wanted to add more spice, and I said add a little bit. There will be two kinds of sauces on the tripe, one is green and red, which should be hot sauce. I have to say that the sauce is very delicious, even to me I think it tastes better than tripe itself, because it is supported by the sauce.
The tripe itself is almost unseasoned (?). Where there is no sauce, I think it will be a bit scary to eat the original taste of the tripe itself. Because the portion is large, I will feel a little nauseous at the end of the meal. If you don’t love beef very much, For those who have a weak stomach, it is recommended that two people eat one together.
Overall, maybe it’s because I don’t like tripe very much, so my personal feeling is that it’s good to try it once and I personally wouldn’t want to eat it a second time.
