When it comes to must-eat foods in Florence, T-bone steak is definitely on the list, but because my traveling companions don’t eat beef, the portion of T-bone steak was too big when I was alone, so I only ate regular steak. The food and atmosphere of the restaurant I ate today were very good. I would recommend it to everyone~

This "Trattoria Zà Zà" is one of my to-eat lists during this visit to Florence. It is located near the Florence Central Market and is a very popular T-bone beef restaurant.

Many bloggers will say that you must make a reservation for this restaurant, but my advice is to "avoid Italians' dinner time." We deliberately chose to go at 6 pm when Asians are used to having dinner, so there is no need to queue up. I took my seat and walked out around 7:30 after finishing my meal. The queue outside really made me think some big star was coming to a concert. It’s no exaggeration. There were definitely more than 50 people. They were divided into two lines. Even if you had a reservation, you still had to wait.

Fortunately, this restaurant has a lot of seats. You can see it from the door, but the inside is like a cave. It's super deep inside. There are also many glass houses and seating areas, so it feels like it can really accommodate a lot of people. guest

Creamy Truffled Sauce Ravioli €11
This store is also very famous for its truffle series. I have been eating pasta for the past few days, so today I changed to the ravioli. You can see what is inside, but it tastes like meat filling, paired with rich truffle cream. The sauce is super delicious, recommended!

Tagliata Beef Slices Zà Zà style €18
We ordered medium rare, but I think it looks like medium rare. It is a beautiful pink color, but not bloody. The doneness is well controlled. The meat is very soft and tender but requires some effort to chew.
Pan-fried with garlic, butter, and onions, it tastes great. It’s great when paired with garlic rosemary potatoes! If only one person wants to eat steak, it is recommended to order this dish~

Florentine fried chicken and chips €13
Most of the fried chicken meat is quite dry and not delicious. I don’t need to order it. I really want to recommend Italians to come to Taiwan to eat Parker Chicken Steak😂
But the fried potato thick slices are quite delicious, better than the main character

Of course, there is a table fee of €2.5/person, and the bread that comes with it is super hard. In addition, we also have a small can of Sprite that costs €4.

Overall, the atmosphere of this restaurant is very good. There is no need to queue up. I highly recommend everyone to come and eat~

ps Our next door customer (who happens to be Taiwanese too) ordered a T-bone steak, which was a really thick slice! Amazing! Then they also have red sauce lobster pasta and fried seafood. From their reviews, they are both delicious. You can refer to it~
