One of the four major braised pork rice dishes in Sanchong. I came here today to make a pilgrimage. I was really angry. The braised pork rice was deliberately made in a small bowl, which made me eat two bowls at a time. This way I will get fatter and fatter.
To be honest, I'm a little disappointed, but I eat heavier flavors. Its taste is lighter and its viscosity is not that strong. Lightness makes me feel that it is not tasty enough. In fact, it is tasty enough. It's also delicious, but for someone like me who eats braised pork rice in my profession, it might feel a bit off.
I also ordered two bowls at once😥.
Fortunately, the side dishes saved everything. The fried tofu was super tasty and a little spicy. It was just right with the rice. The thought that it was not tasty was quickly forgotten.
The pork ribs are pretty average, not bad but nothing special either.
Highlights: Two bowls of braised pork ribs + a piece of fried tofu = 135
I think the price is really cheap, which is rare in the greater Taipei area.
It has been more than an hour since I finished eating, and I still don't feel thirsty, which means that the rock sugar and MSG are not added heavily.
There is a parking lot next to it, which is a very convenient dining place. I recommend it.
