This Mongolian White Soup hot pot
is located at the end of Cultural Road in the urban area, near Zhongshan Road.
The nearest parking lot should be Sanxia Elementary School,
which friends driving can make good use of.
From the outside, the entire restaurant presents a beautiful Instagram-worthy style.
The interior space is spacious and bright,
with many cute decorations and slogans.
Today is my first time dining here,
and it’s quite different from my initial idea of a hot pot.
This place is a lazy person's hot pot
where the food is served after cooking.
If you bring children, it's safer and more convenient,
as you can start eating right away.
The self-service area is decent ☑️,
with basic white rice, sauces, drinks, and ice cream.
Today I ordered:
🌟 Signature Mongolian White Soup with Pork
The broth itself is not too salty,
and there's no spice flavor that I remember from Mongolian soup.
It tastes basically like plain white soup,
which doesn’t seem related to Mongolia much.
The hot pot ingredients are similar to a regular hot pot,
and the portion isn’t too much.
A single adult would eat just right,
and the pork was tender and easy to eat.
🌟 Stir-fried Three Cup with Beef
This dish is dry.
Although it's called Three Cup,
what you actually smell when it arrives at the table is a strong sesame oil fragrance.
This flavor is more for adults and slightly spicy.
I think this is tastier than the white soup,
but unfortunately, the beef slices are on the tougher side,
which made it hard for the kids to swallow. 😅
Overall, I think it's alright.
The value for money isn’t very high,
as the meal portions are small, leaving a little emptiness after eating.
The price is also slightly higher than the usual hot pot,
but the dining environment is quite nice.
I think it’s considered a family-friendly dining spot.
