A new noodle shop opened less than a year ago! There was quite a lot of discussion. I even took a ride home from CNR, and the driver even recommended it to me 😂
The first time I ate it was when I was on my way home from the doctor after having a cold. I was attracted to it and ordered a bowl of noodles and hot soup. It felt very homely and made me feel warm with a fever.
On this return visit, I ordered dry noodles, tribute ball soup and Shufei fried onion chicken. When I was picking up the tableware, I saw that there were bean curds on every table, so I took one too.
The overall taste is on the strong side, but not overly salty. The amount of vegetables is quite large and can supplement the fiber of those who eat out. There’s no nasty celery in the bean curd! Dry noodles are just better than instant noodles! Gongwan is very ordinary! The Shu Fei Chicken Breast was neither spicy nor tender, which was a bit boring.
The chili sauce in the store is delicious!
