The article tells us about the "Wunong" tea shop located in the alley next to the Qingguang Night Market on Shuangcheng Street. The area around the night market is filled with numerous bubble tea shops, with over five located in the corner of Shuangcheng Street 17th Lane (such as Keke, Shisheng, Kung Fu Tea, Cat Drink, and Wunong). My favorite remains Wunong for its excellent performance in original tea.
Today, I enjoyed the Taiwan Tea No. 18 - Hong Yu, priced at 35 NT dollars.
Taiwan Tea No. 18 - Hong Yu:
Hong Yu is a unique varietal cultivar originating from Taiwan, with tasting notes including hints of cinnamon aroma, mint fragrance, and a sweet caramel richness.
The quality of Wunong's Hong Yu is exceptional. Although I usually prefer lightly sweetened tea, switching to unsweetened allows the three natural elements of the Hong Yu tea leaves to be even more pronounced, presenting a refreshing sweetness without being cloying.
Overall, Wunong is a chain tea shop that offers very stable quality original tea beverages. If you pass by Qingguang Night Market and feel thirsty, this would be a reassuring choice.
Wunong was established in Kaohsiung in 2011, and its expansion in Taipei has been a recent development, but good tea is always worth promoting to more people.
Highly recommended to everyone!
