I saw this Zhusan Cafeteria on the way to find food. Its sign and store appearance look very retro, and its style looks interesting, so I decided to give it a try~
The boss is kind and interesting, and the staff are also very polite. When I saw the menu, I chose to try the Braised Pork Rice Bento. The side dishes include dried bamboo shoots and cauliflower. The rice is also topped with braised pork and sauerkraut. The braised pork tastes quite tender. The taste is also delicious, not like the sweet taste in the south, it should be more mid-range, no wonder it has a familiar taste when you first eat it, the braised pork is also the same, the side dishes are average, the cauliflower should be boiled in water , the taste of dried bamboo shoots is okay, they all have the taste they should, and the portion size may make me a little not full if I am very hungry. I also think the price is a bit expensive, compared with the price of other braised pork rice.
In summary, I might want to come back and buy fried pork belly to try it out. I don’t know if it has the same texture as Korean fried pork belly, but the overall price is really a bit expensive (for students), but the boss and the staff are very friendly. Very kind and increased my willingness to return~
