For several consecutive years, a Michelin-recommended northern Thai curry noodle shop.
There are a wide variety of choices, from savory dishes and desserts to drinks, all with plenty of options.
The service attitude is also very good.
This time, we specially arrived a bit earlier than the dining time to avoid the queue.
Fortunately, there was no line at all, although there was no air conditioning in the seating area.
However, there are electric fans, which is still great.
🌟 Chicken Curry Noodles
The curry noodles are super delicious!
The broth is rich and balanced, not overwhelmingly so.
The chicken is seasoned just right, not too salty.
The noodles have a good texture and are enjoyable to eat.
Highly recommended!
🌟 Rice Noodles
This is somewhat similar to the Japanese dipping noodle style.
Personally, I'm not a fan of this method.
The rice noodles tend to stick together a bit, which I don't really like.
🌟 Grass Jelly Milk Tea
Super delicious!
The grass jelly is of the chewy kind, quite different from the grass jelly in Taiwan.
I think it pairs very well with the milk tea.
