Below are the items ordered and their prices🔻
🔺Braised Pork Rice (small) $40
The braised pork flavor is not too strong and leans toward lean meat, but the portion is just right, and the rice is not too wet.
🔺Dry Noodles $70
The noodles are yellow; I personally don't have a preference for them, but they are not overly soft. The portion is generous and reasonably priced, topped with braised pork, bean sprouts, and green onions. There is enough broth left that is flavorful till the end.
🔺Pork Intestine Soup $50👍🏼
The pork intestine amount is adequate, and the texture is fresh and chewy. It comes with green onions and shredded ginger, but the highlight is the broth! It tastes very sweet and won’t leave you feeling parched, resembling broth made from boiling bones✨
🔺Cold Tofu Salad $40👍🏼
I love century egg tofu🖤 The century eggs are large and rich in flavor, while the tofu is about half a block. The seasoning includes soy sauce paste, bonito flakes, and green onions, leaning towards salty but very tasty!
🔺Pork Head Meat $50
There is quite a bit of fatty meat, and I encountered a piece that had a strong pork smell.
🔺Side Dish Platter $65
I ordered braised eggs, tofu, and black bean curd. It was served with a drizzle of soy sauce paste and includes green onions and shredded ginger. The flavor itself is not particularly impressive.
The dining area is spacious and clean, and it looks like it might be newly opened.
The owner handles everything by herself but serves food quickly.
