I have eaten at Wuma and Chaliu before, and this time I have a lot of pocket lists. Finally, I asked many friends in Taichung to recommend "Laojing"! They said that Laojing has more connotations, Taichung locals eat Laojing, and Laojing's meat is better, etc. , makes me full of expectations
This time I came to the Meicun store, the decoration is bright and comfortable, but I don’t like it personally (it’s too bright, it should be darker when eating roast pork). After entering the door, the service staff showed up and introduced me very professionally~
This time I was hesitating between the Yupin and Gourmet set meals. The Gourmet set has the most meat, while the Yupin has better meat quality. In the end, I chose the Yupin with better meat quality.
I think the appetizer part is normal, the sushi is not bad, but it is only consistent for one person.
The chicken soup tastes good too, so there’s no big problem~
But I upgraded to seafood porridge at a higher price. All I can say is tragedy! Please don’t order~
Overall, it is light and monotonous. Compared with Wuma’s seafood porridge, it is crushed, which is a huge deduction!
For the main meal, the meat quality is on point, especially the Japanese A5 Wagyu beef items are really delicious, rich in oil but not greasy at all, and the melt-in-the-mouth texture is great. I think it is slightly better than Chaliu!
For seafood, I ordered raw food, large scallops and premium clams and abalone cups, which I thought were average, but the large prawns were a plus!
With a chewy texture and a fresh and sweet taste, these shrimps from Dashiyama
As for the dessert, Bidian Baked Braai, the rich melt-in-your-mouth milky flavor paired with the crunchy caramel was a perfect match, but the ice cream part was disappointing (maybe it’s not to my taste!)

I went to eat on my birthday, and there was a 10% discount for the birthday girl or a small dessert.
I personally don’t like desserts, but the 10% off discount is really good
Overall, the quality of the meat is really good, but points are really deducted from other meals. A second visit is possible, but it’s not so delicious that it’s a “must eat” ~
