#三 Gorges
This is a restaurant hidden in the park
I looked at the menu when I passed by before.
I prefer Japanese set meals, as well as some grilled and fried foods.
I came here to dine as I had some free time at noon today.
The space inside the store is quite spacious and comfortable.
Very bright and clean too
Today I ordered fried pork cutlet set meal/Tang Yang chicken donburi/young tofu/grilled fish chin
The meat of the fried pork cutlet is not too thick, about one centimeter thick.
Not too greasy, crispy and delicious
But the side dishes are very popular, fried cabbage and sesame cauliflower.
The miso soup that comes with the set meal is on the lighter side with simple ingredients.
The side dishes on Tangyang Chicken Rice Bowl are similar to the set meals.
It feels like it’s just missing a bowl of miso soup and shredded burdock.
But his Tangyang chicken is delicious
Soft, juicy and not too salty
I don’t love Yang Chu Tofu so much.
It feels like the container is too deep
As a result, half of the tofu is soaked in the sauce
In terms of taste, I think it's a bit dry.
The grilled fish chin is excellent
Crispy baked skin
The tenderness and rich oil of the fish chin are completely retained inside.
Sprinkle lemon and pepper
It’s a masterpiece👍
Overall, I think this restaurant tastes more Taiwanese.
If you like authentic Japanese food, you may feel a little disappointed. There is no raw food in the store.
It's a good place for a simple meal of grilled and fried foods.
For those who come by car, there is a paid parking lot outside the park which is quite convenient.
