This year (2025), after the New Year (from February 4 to February 5), I'm going to Kaohsiung for vacation and looking forward to staying at the "Kaohsiung" (noble and majestic) "InterContinental Kaohsiung." I'll take the high-speed rail to "Zuoying," then transfer to the Kaohsiung MRT Red Line (towards "Xiao Gang") to "Sanduo Commercial Circle." After walking a short distance, it will be lunchtime, and I'll be a bit hungry. For my first meal here, I'll have lunch at "SEEDS Italian Restaurant," which is conveniently located on the first floor.
Looking at the business lunch menu, I feel the set meals are quite upscale, and I ordered the local fish from Kaohsiung for the main course. It should be very authentic!
Kaohsiung Grouper / Clams / Salmon Roe / Pinot Grigio Cream Sauce.
Just reading the menu description makes me want to eat!
Indeed, the dishes are very high-end! I couldn't wait to take a few bites before remembering to take pictures. I also captured the table condiments (olive oil) and the small decorations. The dessert is beautiful and photogenic; although sweet, it's delicious and worth eating.
Even though I'm not a fan of cold dishes, I decided to check out the salad bar! The waiter said I could pick (and cut) my own greens. Oh? There are scissors right next to it. Haha! There is freshly squeezed juice, and it's my favorite guava juice. There’s also smoked salmon and ham.
That's great!
So I added some more food to my meal. However, the noble and upscale lunch was truly a great value!
Now I’m looking forward to breakfast the next day. It's not free, but it must be worth it.
