environment
The store is clean and bright, and the store owner is very diligent in tidying up the store. Toilet paper is also easily available for diners. The only pity is that the seasoning bottles in the seasoning area are occasionally greasy, but it is generally a comfortable dining environment. The clerk will politely say thank you when leaving.
meals
There are three staple foods to choose from: rice, noodles and dumplings. I have eaten all of them except pork trotter rice/noodles. I thought it would be of some reference value to comment. Let me start with the conclusion: I recommend noodles the most, followed by dumplings. The rice is average and the side dishes are not bad. It all depends on personal taste. .
🍜Noodles: All are recommended except beef noodles. They are all delicious. There are four choices for dry noodles (dry noodles, spicy meat sauce, fried sauce, mustard pork shreds). The soup base of soup noodles is mostly meat except for beef noodles. Dry and seasoned, it is also delicious and has a classic Taiwanese noodle soup taste. You can purchase additional meatballs (10 yuan) or wontons (5 pieces for 30 yuan), and there is free sauerkraut in the ingredient section. I would like to add that I don’t recommend beef noodles, but beef noodle soup is OK. It’s obvious where the problem lies! !
🍛Rice: Pork Ribs Rice, average performance, the ribs are on the firewood side, the side dishes are braised cabbage/fried cabbage and bamboo shoots, nothing memorable; Braised Pork Rice, okay, the braised pork is quite generous but not too salty , I think it’s a pretty braised pork rice.
🥟Dumplings: In fact, they are quite delicious. The fillings are full, but the texture of the skin is a bit loose. The price is not too expensive. However, I have a favorite dumpling shop, so I usually don’t order dumplings here. Occasionally I want to drink them. When having hot and sour soup or beef soup, I will choose to eat soup dumplings.
Recommended: Dry noodles with pickled mustard and shredded pork, dry noodles, spicy meat sauce noodles
