❤️ The store manager's duck blood chain store is renowned for the continuous aroma of "Manager~Duck Blood" from customers ordering inside the store. Each post includes actual dining photos to prevent some users from faking their dining experience by not including food pictures. Overall rating: 🌕🌕🌕🌗🌑

📍 This location is inside the South Airport Night Market, situated right in the center. The store has a few seats for dine-in, accommodating about 11 people, and no restroom is provided.
🚗 If driving, it is advisable to park at the nearby Xinhe Courtyard Station (40 TWD/hour), or at the slightly farther Juguang Multi-Story Parking Lot (20 TWD/hour) and Xinhe Elementary School Underground Parking Lot (30 TWD/hour).
🏍️ Motorcycles can be parked in the designated motorcycle parking area outside Zhongyi Elementary School.

💬 The store specializes in spicy duck blood, tofu pot, and noodle stew. Besides the basic spicy duck blood, you can upgrade to the spicy duck blood pot, which includes 6-8 types of hot pot ingredients, pork slices, vegetables, and enoki mushrooms. You can also add noodles for a hearty portion!

You might occasionally see the store cat come out to accompany diners; if you're a cat lover, it's worth a visit :)

🍟 B Special Meal (Dry Noodles + Duck Blood Tofu (Soup)) $110 Spicy Mixed Duck Blood Tofu: I ordered it mild, the spiciness feels similar to that of A Er's. The soup has a faint aroma of braised sauce, it's slightly numbing to drink, with a moderate saltiness, but those who don't eat spicy should find it hard to accept. It has a slight sweetness and the taste is good; even a mild spice can make someone who isn't used to spicy food cough on the first sip. After slowly sipping a few times, one can get used to the level of spiciness without needing to drink water.

The dry noodles have a strong and super fragrant Sichuan pepper flavor. If you feel the soup is not enough, you can ask the boss for more (for free). Choosing the Prince noodles also absorbs the broth better (totally sinful). After finishing the last two servings, I feel so full!
