The Siwei Night Market in Xia Xinzhuang has quite a variety of food options, and in the very center of the night market area, there is a grilled food stall that will always have a long queue whenever it is open.
The name of the store was originally called Old Master, but something seemed to have happened and it was renamed Jinfuzi in the past five years or so.

There are two small stalls, one is filled with all kinds of kebabs waiting to be cooked, and the other stall is the important cooking area.
But what most people buy is actually the store’s unique grilled chicken steak.
If you add the original flavor to the grilled chicken steak, there are a total of eight flavors to choose from.

What I bought today were black pepper grilled chicken steak, lemon grilled chicken steak and three grilled skewers, totaling 260 yuan.
Grilled chicken steak has a completely different flavor than fried chicken steak. The fat will slowly react with the meat through the oven, and finally combine perfectly.

The skin of the black pepper grilled chicken steak is full of rich black pepper seasoning, which is very suitable for the aroma after grilling.
Lemon grilled chicken steak is a steak with the sourness and fragrance of lemon.

The skewers are pork skewers with green onions, pork skewers with plum blossoms, and chicken intestines.
I think the highlight of scallion meat skewers is the combination of the generous amount of scallions and the tender meat.
The green vegetable sandwiched between the pork plum blossoms is celery. At first glance, it is a strange combination, but it tastes surprisingly suitable. The strong flavor of celery can completely break up the greasy feeling of the pork plum blossoms.
The chicken intestines are sprinkled with some sesame seeds. The chicken intestines themselves are full of texture, and the aroma of sesame seeds adds to the deliciousness.

However, in my personal evaluation, the sauce flavor of the skewers is slightly inferior to that of the grilled chicken steak, so most of the time I only buy grilled chicken steaks here.

The store actually has an internal use area, but it's quite subtle. I didn't see anyone going in for internal use.
But this does not affect the deliciousness of the store's meals.
