I visited a dandan noodle shop that opened last year in Takatsuki 🍜

The shop is called Dandan Noodles Hu Takatsuki and it's very close to Takatsuki City Station on the Hankyu Kyoto Line 🚃

There are counter seats and table seats, and the place was new and clean ✨

On the table, there were condiments for flavor variations, and a ladle for eating the minced meat, which I thought was a nice touch ✨

When the Cheese Dandan Noodles (Regular) 🍜🔥🧀 arrived, it was loaded with cheese 🧀

It looked absolutely beautiful 🤩

There were three types of cheese on top; two types were grilled, and one type was generously sprinkled powdered cheese 🧀
The aroma and flavor of the cheese were strong, and it was extremely delicious 🧀

The dandan soup had a subtle spiciness with a creamy sesame flavor and was rich and tasty 🔥
The combination with the cheese made it smooth and even richer, enhancing the deliciousness 🧀

The thin noodles were a bit soft but were chewy and paired well with the soup 🍜

The minced meat 🐷, green onions, and threaded chili 🌶️ each had a distinct presence 🐷
There was a ladle with holes, making it easy to scoop everything up till the end 🐷

The variety of condiments for flavor changes was abundant, offering many different ways to enjoy the dish, so I think you wouldn’t get bored eating it ✨

The karaage 🍗 had a thin, crispy coating 🍗
The meat itself was well-seasoned and incredibly delicious 🍗
Considering it was 300 yen for the set, the portion was generous and very affordable 🥰
There are also individual orders, and it's good enough to order as a single item 🍗

The student discount was super generous; it made me really want to go back to being a student 😂
With kid’s menus and ladies’ sets, there are options for various generations, making it easy for families to visit 👧

The menu is diverse, and I think I could go every day without getting bored ☺️
