The lunch plate, which includes a variety of seasonal vegetables in its deli and main dish options, features a hearty seasoning that brings out the flavors of the ingredients, making it delicious and satisfying. The soup is warm as well, making it perfect for winter.
When living alone, it's difficult to have proper meals, and I often end up relying on ready-made meals, frozen foods, or simple noodles. So, on my occasional day off, I wanted to eat a healthy meal! That's why I visited for lunch!
The lunch plate features a deli with plenty of vegetables and a main dish that you can choose from three options. Not only can you select what you like, but it also includes an abundance of seasonal vegetables and ingredients!
Additionally, there was a green salad, soup, and rice included!
The deli with two options costs 1,420 yen, and with three options, it’s 1,550 yen. There were so many delicious-looking options that I decided to go for three!
This time, I chose chicken as the main dish, and for the deli, I had a dashi-flavored Japanese-style burdock salad, a pumpkin and cream cheese honey yogurt salad, and a sautéed dish with lotus root, yam, maitake mushrooms, and bok choy in burnt butter soy sauce!
The main dish was more substantial than I expected, with a great peppery flavor, and it was very delicious!!
All the deli items were full of flavor while still allowing the natural taste of the ingredients to shine, making them wonderful dishes!
The soup of the day featured sweet potato and pumpkin, which made for a warm and comforting taste—perfect for cold winter days!
Desserts are also available, but I was so full from just the plate that I was extremely satisfied! It was a healthy meal, so there was little guilt, and it turned into a happy lunch experience. 🤍
