【Student Review - What to Eat】
This time I visited Li You Tian Fresh Rice Brew, a beverage shop near Ximen Ding in Taipei. Taking advantage of their membership gift, I received a signature Fresh Fruit Brew M (you can choose between lemon or grape aloe). I discovered that this beverage shop is a hand-shaken brand with "rice culture" as its core essence.

★ Thoughts:
The Grape Aloe Rice Brew has a texture similar to fermented wine but contains no alcohol. It’s a very unique drink, and because grape, aloe, and rice brew all have textures, it feels like drinking konjac drinks. It surprises you with every sip, and you don’t feel burdened while drinking. This drink already has sugar in it, so you can’t adjust the sweetness, but it’s not overly sweet. You’ll find yourself drinking it sip after sip.

I'll wait for the next time to get another voucher and try other flavors. If you're used to drinking hand-shaken beverages, this would be a good choice. However, for those who don't usually drink hand-shaken beverages, this price point is quite high.
