I personally don’t like powdered egg pancakes, so I haven’t tried them here.
Later I found out that he sold porridge
Decided to give it a try
Today I ordered preserved egg and lean meat porridge and fried pork egg pancakes
What surprised me was that the egg pancakes were excellent!
Although it is a powdered egg pancake, the skin is fried very crispy.
It doesn’t have that mushy texture that I’m afraid of.
The pig is also very fragrant and delicious
Overall it looks great together.
The store’s hot sauce also goes well with it.
The preserved egg and lean meat porridge is just average.
The taste is bland
But it’s also good to eat porridge when it’s cold.
The disadvantage is that it only has arcade seats
In winter, when it’s cold and windy,
It’s really a bit embarrassing to eat🥲
I'll try other flavors of egg pancakes next time when it's less cold.
