On holidays, I went shopping and dining in the evening.
I waited in line for about 20 minutes.
I ordered online and waited about 10 minutes outside for my meal.
You can choose between a large bowl or a small bowl for the same price, which is more cost-effective for those with a bigger appetite.
For this meal, both bowls had a rich broth, but I found the Hell Ramen too spicy.
However, the system doesn't allow you to choose the spiciness, only the richness.
It seems to be bundled together, which is a bit unfortunate.
The regular tonkotsu ramen broth is really delicious.
Next time I come, I would choose the tonkotsu and add spice to my liking from the condiments on the table. 🥲
Both the broth and the noodles are above standard.
But the bamboo shoots were a bit too salty and felt out of place when eaten together.
The quality of chain stores is generally similar.
If you've eaten at other branches, you don’t need to worry.
