I forgot to take pictures of the dishes when the food arrived. There was no golden tag, so I could only supplement the information in the menu. 😓😓
I ordered two flavors: tonkotsu ramen and spicy tonkotsu.
In terms of price, it's quite affordable. However, the large and medium bowls are the same price, so it's more cost-effective for those who can eat large bowls.
I ordered by scanning the QR code online. Unfortunately, while the system allows you to select broth thickness, you can't choose the spiciness. The spiciness seems to be linked with the thickness. So for those who enjoy a rich broth but only want a little heat, it’s not very friendly. I would recommend ordering the regular tonkotsu and adding spicy seasoning yourself.
The soft-boiled egg is delicious. The chashu portion is also good; like most ramen shops, it's thinly sliced.
This time I didn’t order any other side dishes, just this. Two people were quite full.
On weekends, if you come around four or five, you'll need to queue. It took over ten minutes to get the food as well.
