I originally thought this would be a sour chicken wing like Buffalo spicy chicken wings, but it turned out to be Thai-style sour and sweet chicken wings, with garlic particles in addition to chili peppers, which was delicious. The base is Earl Gray gin and black tea wine. I like the strong tea aroma! And I personally don’t like gin, but this drink doesn’t taste like gin at all. It’s a girly wine suitable for chatting and drinking, and it doesn’t taste too heavy. Maybe it’s because the prices are so high, so it’s not suitable for people who want to get drunk. But I will definitely order it next time I come!
