• Actually, it’s golden sand bamboo shoots wrapped in salted egg yolk, which I personally really like.

• The chicken tastes fried but isn’t dry; the sauce is sweet and tangy, and I order it every time I come.

• The egg is very tender, but inside there are not only shrimp but also something similar to crab sticks, which I'm not a fan of.

• Tastes average, the outer skin is a bit dry but not too greasy.
