Made with chicken intestines and pig ears, combined with the restaurant's special ramen noodles.
You can choose the spiciness level according to your personal preference.
I usually order a side of shredded chicken to add in and eat together.

Different toppings provide different textures, and the noodles are specially crafted by the restaurant to be more chewy.

Whenever I crave spicy hot pot but can't have it, I come here to enjoy a bowl to satisfy my cravings.
