I accidentally discovered this store while swiping through the map, and the items on the menu instantly caught my eye. It’s definitely the kind of place that makes you want to go without even thinking about it. The owner looks like a foreigner, but the menu is filled with Taiwanese flavors. 🤣
Three Treasures Noodles ($130)
This bowl of Three Treasures Noodles is truly extravagant, containing:
Char Siu: Sweet and aromatic, the meat is tender and not dry.
Chicken: A more ordinary texture, leaning towards a light home-cooked flavor.
Beef: Well-marinated with a bit of chewiness.
Beef Tendon: Bouncy and tender, rich in collagen; this is my favorite part!
Vegetables: Crisp texture that adds depth to the whole bowl of noodles.
I chose ramen for the noodles; they are smooth and elastic, with good ability to absorb the broth, and each bite is filled with rich aroma.
The soup base has a slightly salty and fragrant Taiwanese flavor; it's rich without being overwhelmingly salty, the kind of taste that makes you keep wanting more as you eat. The portion is also quite impressive, with plenty of meat left by the end—totally satisfying for meat lovers!
