Hangzhou cuisine, which has been standing firm for many years, has been around since I went to Ningbo n years ago. It has not been eliminated by the times after countless years, which proves that its taste and cost-effectiveness are still quite good.
✔️ Vermicelli shrimp
My favorite dish today, the shrimps are very large and peeled, with minced garlic on top and vermicelli on the bottom. The shrimps are so fresh and tender that you can’t help but eat them one after another.
✔️ Large boiled wild rice noodles
Just boil the shredded wild rice bamboo shoots into soup. The taste is not bad, not spicy at all.
✔️Grandma’s barbecue
It is also my favorite dish today. The meat is not too burnt, and there is some cartilage inside. It is sprinkled with spicy powder and paired with garlic slices. It tastes great. I will order it again next time.
✔️Hangzhou Xiao Long Bao
Today's highlight is that it is very average... There is not much soup in the xiaolongbao, so it cannot be considered a successful xiaolongbao. I've eaten several and they're all the same...
✔️ Mapo Tofu
9.9 yuan for mapo tofu. I originally thought it would have minced meat or something like that, but it turned out to be pure tofu with spicy sauce 😂😂😂 It was a bit spicy and quite good with rice.
Generally speaking, Grandma's house won't be a big deal, but that's it...
