It is a store that sells freshly baked mille-feuille pies and some baked products. It also sells some famous souvenirs, so it feels like a complex.
Tried its signature pie this time
The main souvenirs include meat floss cakes from Fat Butcher Shop, Yilan beef tongue cakes, and St. Peter’s beef tongue cakes.
-Fat Roupu Taro Pork Floss Pancake - The crust is soft, thin and slightly sweet. The proportion of fillings in the middle is high, the taro paste has little taro flavor but the white phoenix bean paste flavor, and the sweetness is about seven points higher. The flavor of the meat floss in the middle is not very obvious. The texture of the meat floss is very fine, not wet but not dry either. The overall willingness to repurchase is not high.
Personally, I think their products baked on site are worth tasting! Other souvenirs are quite satisfactory and won’t make people want to repurchase.
