Eating oden from a small food truck has been a unique dining experience for me recently. This little food truck is parked on the first floor of a townhouse, with a few seats set up in front. The entire truck is decorated in a very Japanese style, with the most eye-catching feature being the abundance of lucky cats.

They sell a relatively rare type of "Japanese oden," using very authentic ingredients: tamagoyaki, chikuwa, crab sticks, grilled scallops... each one is flavorful without being overly salty. In addition to oden, there are as many as four types of noodles to choose from, paired with their own homemade dipping sauce, which has soy sauce as a base, along with garlic and some spices. It's slightly spicy and appetizing, and you can adjust the spiciness to your taste—it's really delicious.

The broth is light and refreshing, not oily or heavy, making it easy to drink, and you won't feel thirsty after finishing the whole meal.

Open until ten in the evening, it's perfect for a late shift or a midnight snack.
