I saw a small shop while passing by and it seemed to have good reviews online, so I gave it a try and ordered cabbage dumplings 🥟.
The store's cooking time seems to be a little longer than that of other stores, so you have to wait.
The outer skin is very elastic, my favorite type!
Only the filling tastes loose. As you can see from the photo, the pork and cabbage are finely chopped, which is actually the type I don't like the least.
