Lunch time has arrived at 🔸Min Cha🔸 on Jiangnan Street in Neihu. The name of the shop comes from the action of pursing one's lips while drinking their milk foam drinks, hence the name "Min Cha". They specialize in caramel and milk foam series drinks. The shop's logo and decor style are very cute🌱. Currently, there are still very few branches across Taiwan.
During the peak hour of lunchtime, it's packed with office workers. The queue and waiting for drinks take about fifteen minutes. (⚠️Personally, I prefer a stronger tea flavor, so I always go for the pure tea options with no sugar and no ice.)
✅ Roasted Tieguanyin + Three Besties Jelly 2.0 🥤
I originally intended to only buy pure tea, but I was drawn in by the interesting name of this ingredient when I took a glance, so I decided to try it out. The Tieguanyin is very fragrant and rich, with a strong roasted aroma. Even without sugar, it's neither bitter nor astringent.
The Three Besties Jelly refers to Tieguanyin tea jelly, milk tea jelly, and green tea jelly. There's no sweetness when you drink it; it's hard to tell which jelly is which while drinking. The only difference is that the milk tea jelly has a different color and is slightly softer in texture, while the flavor is almost entirely dominated by the Tieguanyin tea taste🤣.
