Reviewer Comment: The restroom is not in the restaurant, you have to walk a bit.
Today, I came to the Er Lou Ban Qiao branch for a meal. I happened to win a 450 TWD hamburger in a promotion, so I decided to give it a try. I had eaten here before and thought it was pretty good. It’s recommended to make a reservation in advance. This place is also pet-friendly; I saw quite a few tables that brought their own pets, and the restaurant even offers free scrambled eggs for dogs. Ordering is done via QR code, and after placing the order, a staff member comes to confirm the items. The serving speed is quite fast.
This time, the two of us ordered:
• San Francisco Garlic Fries (210 TWD) – When it arrived, the garlic aroma was strong, and it tasted pretty good.
• Classic Sous Vide Chicken Caesar Salad (380 TWD) – The portion looks quite large, with a big piece of chicken, a few slices of croutons, and plenty of lettuce; the seasoning is nice.
• European Bread Basket (100 TWD) – Free refills available, but we ordered too much this time and didn’t ask for more. Both types of bread were delicious, especially with the brown sugar butter sauce.
• Signature Hamburger (450 TWD, promotional discount) – A generous portion, with a thick hamburger patty and two pieces of fried fish, accompanied by fries in different shapes.
• Taiwanese-style Stir-fried Salted Egg Bitter Melon Noodles (360 TWD) – Best enjoyed hot, it has a pleasant texture, not too bitter, topped with fried king oyster mushrooms, which is quite unique.
• Hot Milk Tea (80 TWD) – Milk and tea are served separately, allowing you to adjust the ratio yourself.
• Caramel Crisp Ice Cream Brownie (220 TWD, birthday treat) – It took a while to arrive, likely because it was freshly baked, and paired with ice cream, it was delicious.
• Peach Blossom Luck Tea (150 TWD, promotional treat) – It has a layer of milk foam on top; I personally found it to be average.
The total was 1,130 TWD, plus a 10% service charge, making it 1,303 TWD in the end. Overall, the meals maintained a certain standard, and the environment was nice; I would consider visiting again.
