Starbucks Hualien Central Store is located next to Hualien Tzu Chi Hospital. It is a very eye-catching independent building. Starbucks official website points out that it is the only collection store in the east.
The collection store is a Starbucks store with educational significance. In one sentence, it is not only a coffee store, but also a small coffee classroom, although I have no special interest in this aspect.

I have visited this store many times for some reason, and have enjoyed classic sandwiches, raisin scones, nitrogen cold brew coffee, strawberry acai lemon flavored star refreshment, sesame almond tofu frappuccino, etc. The average cost per trip is about 350. Yuan or so.

Classic sandwich:
The body of the burger is quite chewy, and the aroma of Parmesan cheese is very pleasant.
But I think putting cauliflower in a sandwich is actually a bit of a subtle challenge, but overall it's not that bad, right?

Raisin Scones:
This is an additional purchase at a discounted price, saving you 15 yuan.
The maple-flavored dough is a perfect match with the raisins wrapped in it. It's not big in size and is a great combination with tea or coffee.

Nitrogen cold brew coffee:
Starbucks' nitrogen cold brew coffee uses a special processing method to inject nitrogen into the coffee to create a thick foam.
It tastes quite smooth and the sweetness of the coffee is impressive.

Strawberry Acai Berry Lemon Flavor Xing Qin Shuang:
The combination of dried strawberries and lemon juice is quite refreshing.
The Xingqinshuang series is Starbucks’ most affordable drink, but interestingly, Xingqinshuang, which looks like pure juice, actually contains caffeine.

Sesame Almond Tofu Frappuccino:
Starbucks' local classic flavors.
The perfect combination of tahini and almond tofu is iced and topped with a whole dollop of fresh cream, which looks and tastes delicious.

Overall, Starbucks' averages are pretty stable.
The decoration of the collection store is very thoughtful, with industrial-style decoration and beautiful murals. The sofas next to it have sockets. In addition to resting, they are also suitable for working with laptops.

The reason for visiting me many times is that my father-in-law is seriously ill and he allocates at least one day every week to visit me in the south and then return to the north.
Unfortunately, my father-in-law didn't make it through, so I guess I won't visit again, either physically or mentally.
