"I haven't had cabin pancakes in a long time, and today I'm not too hungry. Their portions are not large either, so it should be just right. 🤔" by me, who is not very hungry but wants to eat something for dinner.

The staff are quite polite, they are careful when taking orders, repeating the details of the meal, and they handle the food very quickly; it was ready shortly after I sat down.

The environment is very clean, but it might feel a bit cramped due to the smaller space. Personally, I can't stay in the shop for long; if the space could be expanded a bit, I believe it would be more comfortable. 🤣

I ordered the New Orleans chicken leg vegetable pancake. The surface of the pancake is just cooked enough to be solid, it's cooked but not crispy. The chicken is very tender, and the flavor of the sauce is impeccable, but maybe it's just that I'm not picky, it really pairs well. The vegetables are quite crunchy, but I personally feel there could be more; given the price, a bit more would be nice.
