❤️This is a dish cooked by Thai people, but it uses Taiwanese rice (which is a pity). It is highly recommended for Thai people in Taiwan to enjoy the taste of home.
🚗This is Shulin Boai Street, and the traffic is very congested. You can park on the side of the road if you are biking, but for driving, it is recommended to park in the Yongqi parking lot next to it (20 yuan an hour).
💬I had been passing by Shulin Hou Station Night Market but didn’t want to try it, but a Thai friend recommended it and I wanted to give it a try~
I didn’t expect it to really have the taste of Thailand. Although it has all the familiar Thai quick-fried dishes, it’s a pity that the price is a bit more expensive. In addition, because there is only one chef, you may have to wait a little if you come during meal time. one time.
🍖Tapao rice (pork) $120
Dapao pig is named after its spice "Dapai leaf" (a variant of holy basil leaves), and Taiwan directly translates its Thai word กะเพรา (kaphrao). Compared with the pork rice in the photo, the overall portion is much meatier. The taste is really Thai. It is recommended to choose medium spicy to get the spicy flavor of Thailand. You can also taste the fish sauce in the spicy. It tastes fresh and sweet, and I also brought diced green beans to increase the amount of vegetables. I didn’t order half-boiled eggs this time because there were still many restaurants to eat. I will add some more next time I come to dine. (But I have to say it’s a bit expensive for the portion size... It would be nice if it could be cheaper!)
